For more than 20 years, David Bain has represented and led companies as an attorney, general counsel, executive leader and founder.
Equal parts attorney and executive, David Bain delivers a unique blend of legal expertise and business acumen honed over years of diverse experience. After graduating from The University of Texas with a law degree, two business degrees, and obtaining his CPA license, he practiced in the Corporate Transactions & Securities group in one of Texas' largest law firms before becoming General Counsel to a global software company. He went on to serve as the Vice President of Latin America for an international consumer products company and as an executive leader and founder of multiple renewable energy ventures. David has represented some of America's most innovative, high-growth companies in the energy, healthcare, software, and consumer products industries.

David is a Fellow of the American Leadership Forum (Class 61), a volunteer youth sports coach, and a backyard barbecue aficionado.
